Over the past couple of years we have had the extreme fortune to build the one of a kind team that has done so much in helping us achieve our goals. Individuals who share in our vision to Educate. Inspire. Empower. Those that look forward to doing more while motivating others to do the same.

Without these types of eager, driven, determined individuals we would not be able to achieve our goals. Thank you for all that you do and inspiring us to do more.

My name is Lisa Spoljaric, wife and mom to five young kids. I'm married to retired major league baseball player, former Toronto Blue Jay, Canadian Olympian, Sportsnet Baseball Analyst and full-time businessman Paul Spoljaric. We placed our roots in Canada after Paul retired, but a large chunk of our adult lives were spent in the United States as we lived the transient life of baseball. Our oldest two boys are lucky to be duel citizens, holding both Canadian and American status with our youngest three 100% Canadian!

Just like Paul, I have worn many hats throughout my career; flight attendant, model, spokesperson, brand rep. And even though I had the chance to participate in a lot of great work achievements, some of the most rewarding experiences were gained through the incredible team/player initiatives that we were privileged to be a part of. Casino Nights, Cookbooks, Fashion Shows, Food Drives, Calendars... I'm proud to say the list of involvement is long. Eventually becoming a seasoned vet, gaining the honour of taking lead to many of these unbelievable events and campaigns myself.

I'm so grateful to have been a part of each and every encounter as they consistently exceeded expectation for everyone involved. The added bonus is that these experiences also laid the ground work for our family driven initiative called Kidz With A Kause. A platform where we, the Spoljaric crew and our KWAK team, do our part to INSPIRE. EDUCATE and EMPOWER others.

It's quite amazing to go full circle after 25+ years in this game passing on our experiences first hand as we help our kids reach their own goals, learning through the road we've travelled and the journey we're about to take. Kidz With A Kause allows us to share our experiences and welcome anyone who's interested in joining us because together we can make a much bigger difference! We look forward to sharing the journey with you!
